Popular media personality Frank Edoho has finally addressed the growing controversy surrounding the alleged relationship between singer Chike and his ex-wife, Sandra Onyenuchenuya.
The revelation surfaced through a viral audio recording that has now sparked heated conversations across social media.
According to Edoho, the marriage crisis reportedly began after he discovered what he described as repeated betrayal and dishonesty.
He claimed the issue was first uncovered years ago, but efforts were made privately to save the marriage for the sake of their children.
Speaking emotionally in the viral audio, the former “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire” host said the reports linking Chike to his former wife were true.
“Since 2022 December till January of last year, that news is very true,” Edoho stated.
He further alleged that he personally confronted the singer over the situation.
“I approached that stupid boy (Chike) and he was shaking like a leaf and asked him why he was with my wife and he was even with a girlfriend, named Precious,” he said.
The media personality also claimed that Chike later apologized to him through a text message. However, he alleged that the relationship still continued despite his warning.
“What he said about old women is true. I have a text message the 1d!0t sent to me apologizing and they still went back. I told him to leave my wife alone but they continued,” Edoho added.
Edoho also spoke about the sacrifices he made during the marriage. He claimed he supported his ex-wife financially and helped her career growth over the years.
“I sent that woman to school. I studied interior photography for her,” he said during the recording.
Meanwhile, another source who allegedly spoke with Edoho revealed that the broadcaster became deeply emotional while discussing the situation privately.
“Frank Edoho had to call me himself and we spoke for about 30 minutes. A grown man like him almost cried because of the pain he was feeling from the media backlash,” the source said.
According to the source, Edoho initially forgave the alleged infidelity after his wife reportedly confessed. However, things allegedly became worse after he suspected the relationship had resumed.
“He started noticing signs, confronted her, but she refused to confess, and he decided he was done if she wasn’t going to tell the truth,” the source added.
Furthermore, Edoho explained that the marriage experienced several periods of separation and reconciliation before finally breaking down completely. He also disclosed that legal disagreements involving custody and finances became part of the divorce process.
Meanwhile, neither Chike nor Sandra has officially responded to the latest claims circulating online.
