The Synagogue Church of all Nations is up in flames as members who attended the candle light of the late TB Joshua scamper for safety.
According to a video posted by a Punch reporter, the source of fire is yet unknown.
During the funeral proceedings for the late Prophet TB Joshua in Lagos, report says one of the buildings at the Church for the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) was engulfed with fire, during the candle light procession.
Priscimedia spoke to an Eye witness who confirmed that the fire started at about 11 p.m. on Monday while the programme was underway.
A statement released by the Church says there was no casualty in the fire outbreak.
According to the statement, “In the late evening of Monday 5th July 2021, there was a minor electrical fire incident at a storehouse within The Synagogue Church Of All Nations complex.
“The incident was quickly brought under control without any injuries. As part of the preparedness for the weeklong services celebrating the life and legacy of Prophet TB Joshua, The SCOAN has worked closely with relevant government agencies including the Lagos State Fire Services, whose members were on the ground at the time of the incident.”
The late televangelist died on the 5th of June 2021. He was age 57.
