The Perfection Real Estate on a Sunday morning hosted a 3-day packed programme with the event tagged “Unlocking opportunities and possibilities in real estate” which started on 2nd of May 2024 at the Diva event center with the address;Km 25 Lekki-Epe expressway opposite Glo office, Abraham Adesanya way,Ajah Lagos state.
The red carpet was opened by Priscilla Irems as the host , owner of Priscimedia.com who interviewed some of the organizers and guests as they shared their views about the programme on the red carpet.
“I’m here to learn how to be confident when speaking to my client and how to defend my product,” one of the guest says. 
“Today is my first time knowing real estate and I’m intrigued to know more,” another said.
The President /C.E.O of Perfection Real Estate Group,Dr Niyi Adeleye opened the programme with a welcome speech talking about the affordable housing in Nigeria with the possibility and probability or fluke.
Dignitaries like HRM Oba Olusegun Ebenezer Oyiri ,Senator Anthony Adefuye ,Mr. Hakeem Ogunniran,Barr. Festus Adebayo, Dr. Kunle Adeyemi ,Dr. Tony Kolawole ,Madam Mercy Ezenwa and Mr. Toye Eniola were present in the event and speakers like Mr Hakeem Ogunniran, National President of Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria,Prince Akintoye Adeoye, and Vice President of South West of Real Estate Development Association of Nigeria,Dr Kunle Adeyemi.

A panel discussion was also held by Barrister Festus Adebayo where the possibility of housing in Nigeria was discussed.
Senator Anthony, furthermore, commended the organizers of the event as he shared his experience. “You all have done the best by turning Lekki into a paradise,” he added.
Awards were given to dignitaries by Barrister Festus Adebayo and many more.
Mr Niyi Adeleye made a statement concerning the aim of the event where he talked about cooperation between all sectors i.e the government, builders, developers,e.t.c. “Affordable housing is possible in Nigeria but it has to be a collaboration of all sectors. Government, Builders, Developers, Architect,etc. By this,we will be able to develop affordable housing and the government should see this as a security matter.”
High Networth individuals conference was held on the second day,3rd May 2024 with the goal of educating investors and youth on how to become a high networth individual through real estate and was also taught on how to adopt AI robot for generating capable real estate buyers and investors.
On the 3rd day was the site visit to real estate own-to-rent serviced apartment at Phase 1 Osoroko Ibeju Lekki which comes as a practical term on the 4th of May 2024.
