A fresh controversy has emerged around social media personality Blessing CEO, as she is reportedly being investigated over an alleged N18 million house rent deal.
According to details contained in the petition, she allegedly collected N18 million from a man. The payment was said to be for a sublet arrangement after she claimed her landlord increased the rent.
Moreover, it was alleged that communication stopped shortly after the payment was made. The petitioner reportedly waited for months without any clear response before taking action.
The complaint has since been submitted to the EFCC, and a case file is said to have been opened.
In addition, the situation has gained more attention due to her recent public statements. Blessing CEO is currently trending after announcing that she is battling stage-four cancer.
She had shared emotional messages online and posted her bank details for support. As a result, it is reported that over N200 million has been received through donations.
