Nigerian singer Omah Lay has reportedly been taken to hospital after suffering a leg injury during rehearsals in Los Angeles, California.
Images circulating online appear to show the singer lying on the floor with his left leg wrapped.
Medical personnel can also be seen attending to him.
In a separate video, the artiste is reportedly carried on a stretcher and placed inside an ambulance.
The incident has raised concerns among fans awaiting updates on his condition.
The singer was reportedly injured while attempting an acrobatic stunt during rehearsals for his Clarity of Mind world tour.
However, neither Omah Lay nor his management had released an official statement about the incident at the time of reporting.
Born Stanley Omah Didia, Omah Lay began his music journey at 15. He initially worked as a music producer before becoming widely known in 2020.
Recently, Omah Lay made headlines after describing himself as Nigeria’s best artiste over the past two decades.
He defended his confidence in his musical ability, saying:
“I’m the best at this. I don’t mean to brag… but I am the best in the last 20 years,” he said.
