According to eyewitness claims in the video, the woman was found in a troubling condition near a children’s school before she was apprehended.

She was reportedly dressed in a colourful outfit and white hijab during the encounter.

When questioned about the substance she was using, the woman responded boldly.

“I am very proud of what I’m using,” she said in the viral clip.

Furthermore, when asked if she was smoking the substance, she reportedly replied, “Yes, to pray!”

Meanwhile, the man filming the incident alleged that the woman had previously undergone rehabilitation after authorities removed her two children from her care.

According to him, her condition had earlier improved after treatment.

He claimed she promised to stop smoking weed before she was allowed to return home.

However, he alleged that she recently relapsed and returned to drug use.

“She tears a portion of the Bible and wraps the weEd with it. This is what she’s sm+king,” the man said in the video.

He further claimed that the woman caused disturbance around the entrance of a children’s school earlier in the day.

As a result, concerned individuals reportedly intervened and picked her up again.

Moreover, the incident has reopened conversations around mental health, substance abuse, and rehabilitation support within communities.

Several Nigerians reacting online expressed sadness over the woman’s condition rather than anger alone.

Meanwhile, no official statement has yet been released regarding possible legal action or further medical intervention.
