On Monday the 6th of June, Veteran Actor Richard Eyimofe Evans Mofe-Damijo celebrated his 59th birthday with cute pictures on Instagram and Twitter.
Richard Mofe Damijo popular known as RMD is the former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State. In 2005 he won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.
He received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 12th Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2016.
He was born the 6th of June 1961 (59-year-old). Richard was once married to a very popular TV personality and Publisher of CLASSIQUE magazine “MAY ELLEN EZEKIEL MOFE DAMIJO” popularly known as “MEE”, but he lost her to the cold hands of death during a fibroid operation in 1996.
The veteran actor found love again and got married year 2000 to a TV Presenter and the former anchor of Kaakaki on Africa Independent Television (AIT).
RMD is a loving husband to his wife Jumobi who happens to look like the late wife “MEE” and he is also a proud father to his children and cute grandfather to his grandchildren.
