Briefing journalists in his Abuja office, the Inspector General of Police, Muhammed Adamu has directed all officers serving in SARS formation across the 36 states of the country to be redeployed with immediate effect.
Nigeria youth all over the 36 states of the Federation have aired their frustration and anger by protesting with the hashtag #EndSARS# on all social media platforms and on the streets.
The Inspector General of Police has officially dissolved the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad (FSARS) following the protests across the country and some parts of the world with the hashtag #EndSARS protesting the brutality and extra-judicial killing by men of SARS.
