Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has fired back at online critic Verydarkman after he mocked her over a recently leaked gym photo.
The outspoken actress took to Instagram on Friday, unleashing a series of fiery posts aimed at both the critic and those who, according to her, are attempting to shame her into silence.
She accused them of trying to push her into depression while mocking her fitness journey.
The controversy began after a gym photo of the actress surfaced online without her consent.
Verydarkman quickly seized on the moment, offering ₦500,000 to whoever captured the image while ridiculing her online persona.
In a strongly worded Instagram Story, Nkechi addressed the person who leaked the image, warning of spiritual repercussions.
She wrote:
“Dear whoever took that picture, I have a question. How do you feel now? I am curious to know. Like I said, I have handed you to GOD. In due time on this same space you will cry for help and trust me you won’t find any.”
She further declared that every health issue that took her to the gym would be transferred to the culprit and their descendants.
Nkechi also turned her anger toward Verydarkman and his supporters, whom she labeled “rats” and “nuisances.”
She insisted they deliberately ignore the trigger of events and only focus on her reactions.
“At least na my belle dey trend, not my private part… Bunch of nuisances! Be like una think say I dey fear all of una,” she wrote in one post.
The actress also accused the critic of using her name for relevance, warning:
“VDM take my name out of your mouth. I don ignore you reach… Avoid me, avoid me oooo!”
Nkechi, who has been vocal about her fitness and frequently shares updates from the gym, described the leak as a violation of her privacy.
She admitted the criticism hurt but reiterated she would not be silenced or bullied into despair.
“Send Nkechi to depression? Your father! One hundred million of you put together no reach,” she fumed.
Known for her fiery clapbacks, Nkechi Blessing has long refused to shy away from controversy.
Meanwhile, her fans have flooded her comment section with support, praising her confidence and urging her to stay focused on her health goals despite the noise.
