Just days before their highly anticipated wedding, popular TikTok couple Peller and Jarvis have sparked widespread debate after revealing the unusual commitment they considered to strengthen their relationship.
The confession has left many social media users stunned, especially after Peller admitted he once suggested a blood oath to prove their loyalty to each other.
The revelation was made during an episode of The Honest Bunch Podcast, where both content creators spoke openly about trust, faith, and the promises they have made ahead of their August 1 wedding.
However, Jarvis explained that while she fully believes in commitment, she rejected the idea of a physical blood covenant because her faith comes first.
Instead, the couple said their relationship is already built on prayer, trust, and a shared commitment before God. Moreover, they insisted that neither of them sees any reason to be unfaithful, making the discussion one of the most talked-about moments from the interview.
Speaking during the podcast, Jarvis explained that both of them have made serious promises about remaining faithful throughout their marriage.
She stressed that infidelity would have severe spiritual consequences because of the commitment they have made before God.
“If you cheat, you die. It’s the rule of the relationship. Things will no go well for the person. Because we are in a commitment. The fact that we pray together. God is involved. And you now go and cheat. Will God sit down and be looking at you. I will swear for you,” she said.
When she was asked whether Peller had ever cheated on her, Jarvis simply replied, “No.”
Peller also made it clear that he has no interest in being with anyone else.
“Why would I cheat on her?” he responded.
Furthermore, Jarvis maintained that their commitment remains strong because of the promises they have already made to each other.
“The reassurance and commitment is already there. That is why I said he will die if he cheats. The curses we have placed is already there. We love each other. The commitment is already there. There is no reason to cheat,” she added.
When asked if God would forgive Peller if he ever repented after cheating, Jarvis answered, “God will forgive him.”
The biggest surprise, however, came when Peller disclosed that he had once wanted both of them to seal their love through a blood oath after seeing the idea on social media.
“I told her. She said she doesn’t want to do. She said no. We were going to cut ourselves with knife. I saw it on TikTok that if anybody cheats after doing that, something will happen to the person. So I wanted us to do it, but she didn’t agree,” he explained.
Jarvis immediately clarified why she rejected the proposal. According to her, the only covenant she believes in is one with God.
“The only blood covenant we have is with God. All those ones is not something we should be doing. The reassurance and commitment is already there,” she said.
Meanwhile, the discussion also touched on the couple’s future plans together. Peller has previously expressed his desire for a monogamous marriage and has publicly promised not to marry another wife.
In addition, both partners have reportedly agreed to own property jointly.
During the light-hearted conversation, Peller joked, “There is no reason o. My baby has a big backside,”prompting laughter from those present.
Jarvis quickly responded by bringing the conversation back to faith, saying, “We pray to God that nothing like that will happen by God’s grace. Everything is still in God’s hands.”
Nevertheless, many agreed that Jarvis’ decision to reject a physical blood covenant showed her preference for faith over symbolism.
