Former Super Eagles striker Daniel Amokachi has encouraged Victor Osimhen to take his football journey to the next level by moving to the English Premier League (EPL).
According to Amokachi, Osimhen has the quality, strength, and mindset to succeed in any league, but especially in the competitive environment of English football.
Amokachi, who previously featured for Everton in the Premier League and Besiktas in Turkey, believes Osimhen’s time is now.

The ex-international stated that moving to England would be a big but rewarding step for the Nigerian striker.
Speaking confidently about Osimhen’s ability, Amokachi said, “It would be nice to see him play in the best league in the world the EPL because any league that Osimhen plays in, he would flourish, no doubt about that.”
He added, “He has the quality in him; he has the warrior in him. He is a player that any club in the world would love to have.”
Osimhen, who is currently on loan at Turkish giants Galatasaray, has shown no signs of slowing down this season.
The 26-year-old forward has been in exceptional form, scoring 33 goals and providing 8 assists in 38 matches across all competitions.

His consistent performances have made him one of the most talked-about players in Europe.
Therefore, it is not surprising that major clubs like Manchester United and Chelsea have been monitoring his progress ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
The summer could bring new opportunities, and Amokachi’s advice might serve as a timely push for Osimhen to consider the EPL seriously.
