Tanzanian music star Juma Jux has opened up about a long-standing promise he regrets not fulfilling to the late Nigerian artist, Mohbad.
In a touching revelation, the singer shared his emotional connection to Mohbad and how he plans to repay his debt by honoring his son, Liam.

In an interview that has captured hearts online, Juma Jux revealed a behind-the-scenes moment from his wedding that resonated deeply.
While speaking with the interviewer, he recalled a conversation he had with Mohbad in 2022.
The late singer had reached out to him for a music collaboration.
“In 2022, Mohbad contacted me for a Collabo. That period, I was still working on the promotion of a song I released back then and I promised him we were going to make it work,” he said.

Mohbad passed away before the promise could be fulfilled.
Now, Jux is determined to keep the memory of the late singer alive through his son, Liam.
“I’ve really got that ma guy a big debt to pay for not giving him that collabo back then,” he added.
Moreover, the singer revealed that his intention was to make Liam his first groomsman during his wedding.
However, due to age and experience, he handed the role to his brother, Diamond.
“When I started organizing my wedding with my wife, I told her ‘Liam will be my first grooms man’ but my brother Diamond will play the role since he man enough and understands the event,” Jux explained.
The emotional connection didn’t end there.

He ensured Liam had the same stylist as he did on the big day, a thoughtful gesture that reflects the respect he still holds for Mohbad.
“The same stylist who did my outfit for the white wedding was the one who did Liam’s own too,” he said.
Furthermore, Jux made a promise that has stood out to many.
“I owe his father a lot and I will make sure I pay all to his son,” he declared, showing his sense of loyalty and responsibility.
This act has not only touched the hearts of fans but has also sparked meaningful conversations about the importance of keeping promises and valuing human connections.
