Kogi Central Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has reaffirmed her claims of sexual harassment against Senate President Godswill Akpabio, vowing to present evidence at the appropriate time.
During an interview on Politics Today, a Channels Television program on Thursday, the embattled senator emphasized that she has proof to support her allegations.
“At the right time and in the right place, I will present the evidence that I have,” she stated.
Her comments come amid heightened political tensions following her six-month suspension from the Senate.
According to Akpoti-Uduaghan, Akpabio allegedly victimized her and hindered her political career after she rejected his advances.

However, the Senate President has yet to publicly respond to these claims.
Meanwhile, Akpoti-Uduaghan has maintained that she is being unfairly targeted for speaking out.
The controversy surrounding her case continues to unfold, drawing attention to gender-related issues within Nigeria’s political sphere.
Furthermore, in a related development, Akpoti-Uduaghan commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for rejecting a petition that sought her recall from the Senate.
She described the commission’s decision as a positive move, even though she considered it overdue.
With her recent statements, the senator remains steadfast in her pursuit of justice.
While the controversy surrounding her suspension and allegations against Akpabio persists, Akpoti-Uduaghan’s promise to release evidence has further intensified discussions.
