Tunde Onakoya Gets New SUV Gift After Chess Match Win

Tunde Onakoya, the celebrated founder of Chess in Slums Africa, has received a brand new Nord A9 SUV in recognition of his efforts to promote chess and inspire youth across Nigeria.

The gift was presented by Oluwatobi Ajayi, CEO of the Nigerian auto company Nord Motion, following a lighthearted chess match between the two.

Alongside pictures of the sleek ride, he wrote, “Up Naija. A beauty to behold and proudly made in Nigeria.” He further described the SUV as “the most beautiful car” he has ever owned.

Moreover, he expressed sincere gratitude to the Nord Motion team for what he called a genuine display of support.

“It was a challenge I couldn’t afford to lose,” he noted, reflecting on the game with the Nord CEO.

Furthermore, the moment marked another milestone in Onakoya’s growing relationship with the auto company.

Alongside the SUV gift, the chess advocate also revealed the renewal of his brand ambassador deal with Nord Motion.

The partnership extension shows the company’s continued belief in Onakoya’s vision and impact.
