Reality TV star Josephina “Phyna” Otabor has accused billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote and the Dangote Group of interference in a case involving a company truck that allegedly crushed her sister.
In a strongly worded post on social media, the former Big Brother Naija winner alleged that the company instructed the Nigerian police to remove the plate number from the truck involved in the incident.
She also claimed that one of Dangote’s managers was set to visit the police station, questioning why no one from the company had first checked on her injured sister.
“From all that has happened, you decided to rather tell the Nigerian police to remove the plate number on the truck that crushed my sister… What happened to seeing my sister first?” Phyna wrote.
The truck, which allegedly belongs to Dangote’s fleet, is currently in police custody alongside its driver.
Phyna insisted that neither should be released until justice is served.
She warned, in her words, “Na money you get, you no be God. But my God is bigger. Enough is enough, you have hurt too many people, but this time, it won’t be the same.”

Her accusations quickly gained traction online, with many fans and Nigerians expressing outrage over the claims.
Some praised Phyna’s courage to speak publicly against one of the country’s most influential business empires, while others urged her to seek legal action.
The Dangote Group has not yet released an official statement regarding the matter, and as of the time of reporting, the allegations remain unverified by independent authorities.
This public outburst comes just days after Phyna made headlines for announcing that she had dropped her family’s surname.
She revealed in a separate post that she grew up feeling disconnected from her family and struggled with the emotional weight of her upbringing.
