On different occasions in 2016, the convict received the amount of helping him purchase a property located at 165c Diamond Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. While Mr Albert Imolodia, the defense counsel informed the court that “He is a family man and a first time offender and a lot of people rely on him for their survival. We pray the court to temper justice with mercy”.
