Pastor Iren Breaks Silence on False Assault Claims

The Lead Pastor of Celebration Church International, Emmanuel Iren, has spoken out about the growing issue of false sexual assault allegations within his ministry.

While addressing his congregation during a recent sermon, the respected clergyman revealed that most of the reported cases lacked substance.

He emphasized the importance of understanding the weight of such claims and the need for clarity, especially when lives and reputations are at stake.

“In this ministry, 9 out of 10 cases ended up false,” Pastor Iren shared. “The first few cases, I was angry. I called the guy and swore I would jail him until he sent evidence. The girl who claimed she was assaulted said ‘It was a nice time’ in the chat.”

His comments highlight a concerning trend he believes is emerging, where false accusations are used to retaliate after failed relationships.

“Ending a relationship should not be a ground for sexual assault allegations,” he added.

However, Pastor Iren did not downplay the seriousness of real assault cases.

Instead, he called for wisdom and self-discipline, particularly among young men in the church.

He encouraged them to embrace chastity and avoid situations that could be misinterpreted.

Moreover, he took time to educate the church on the deeper meaning of consent.

His advice was firm and direct: “Initial consent isn’t total consent. Run for your life if consent is withdrawn 10 seconds after granting it. I don’t know who raised some men!”

This message served as both a warning and a call for responsibility.

Pastor Iren’s words urge not only members of his congregation but also the public to approach sensitive matters like these with honesty, patience, and deep reflection.
