Nollywood: Popular yoruba veteran actor Jimoh Aworo Aliu dies at 86

The Yoruba veteran actor, Jimoh Aliu died  at the Ekiti State Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State on Thursday.

According to the information reaching priscimedia, a close associate of the late actor revealed that the deceased body would be taken to his residence at Adebayo area in Ado-Ekiti before moving him to his hometown, Okemesi Ekiti in Ekiti West Local Government Area, where he’ll be laid to rest on Friday.

The veteran actor had produced and featured in many Yoruba movies, the most popular being ‘Yanpan Yarin’ and ‘Fopomoyo etc…

He was a former President of the Association of Nigeria Theatre Practitioners (ANTP).

He died at age 86.
