A dispatch rider has been arrested in the Sangotedo Area of Lekki Lagos with a child concealed in his courier box.
The man was apprehended at a fuel station with a mob baying for his blood. In a video, the man was mugged by the crowd, his bike seized and presumably driven to the nearest police station.
Lagos Police Command said it will investigate the report when lodged at any of its station.
