The State Police Public Relations Officer,SP Benjamin Hundeyin confirmed the case .It was gathered that the couple was arrested on Friday in the Egbeda/Idimu area of Lagos, following reports by their neighbours who saw them subjecting the minors to torture resulting in injuries on various parts of their bodies while they alerted the police.
