Nollywood actress Angela Okorie has publicly claimed that her colleague, Mercy Johnson, is battling a severe illness and has been involved in spiritual attacks against her.
This revelation has stirred significant reactions within the entertainment industry and among fans.
Angela Okorie made these assertions during an Instagram Live session, where she stated, “I got news that Mercy Johnson is not feeling well and I really feel for her and want the best for her. I want her to win.
The type of illness they told me she has is not something I wish my enemy but today, I’ve forgiven her.”
She further alleged that Mercy Johnson had previously engaged in spiritual practices against her, saying,
“My spiritual father advised me to forgive but what she did to me was out of this world.
Mercy is ev*l but I’ve forgiven her because of God. Not for me. She went spiritual for me. Imagine if I went mad and was roaming the streets. What would be her gain?”
These claims did not sit well with fellow actress Regina Daniels, who defended Mercy Johnson and criticized Angela Okorie for bringing such matters to the public eye.
In response to the allegations, Mercy Johnson took to her Instagram page to announce that she would address the situation directly.
She wrote, “Oti to ge. It’s time to say my piece. Everything I need to say, I will say it today. 12PM. Instagram.”
