The news of wrestling icon Hulk Hogan’s death last week came as a huge shock to fans worldwide.
However, what’s even more unexpected is that his daughter, Brooke Hogan, was not listed in his will.
The 37-year-old singer and TV personality reportedly removed herself from the will as far back as 2023.
This decision was not made lightly but was driven by deep concerns over her father’s inner circle.
According to TMZ, Brooke felt the need to protect her father from people she believed were taking advantage of him.

“I offered to be a life raft in whatever capacity he needed. I told him he had my support,” Brooke said in a heartfelt Instagram post on Tuesday.
Her words painted a picture of a daughter trying to hold on to a private and sacred bond with her father despite outside forces.
Although not included in the will, Brooke is expected to receive some money through a life insurance policy.
She noted that the funds would be used to support her children’s college education.
“My dad’s blood runs through my veins. His eyes shine through my children,” she wrote. “Our blood has never broken, not even in his final moments.”
Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, died at the age of 71 after suffering cardiac arrest in Clearwater, Florida.
His passing marked the end of an era for wrestling, with tributes pouring in across the globe.
Brooke’s response, though, has added a deeply emotional layer to the public mourning.
The father-daughter relationship had seen challenges in recent years. Brooke and her husband, Steven Olesky, had moved to Florida to be closer to Hogan as he aged.
She stood by him through nearly 25 surgeries. However, things began to shift when, according to Brooke, “he didn’t want me at surgeries” anymore.
Their final conversation took place just two weeks before Hogan’s September 2023 wedding to Sky Daily, his third wife.
Brooke was noticeably absent from the ceremony. However, she maintained that there was no big fallout between them, saying, “My father and I never ‘fought.’ It was a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know, or understand.”
Meanwhile, in a separate post, Brooke shared a touching tribute video of herself and her father, set to Stevie Nicks’ “Crystal.”
The emotional clip was a reflection of their lifelong bond, and she ended her caption with a powerful line: “Our bond is eternal. That truth brings me comfort and hope, even in your absence.”
