Hellen Ati, the woman at the center of a paternity controversy involving celebrity Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, has made a public plea for intervention.
She has called on Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma and his wife, Chioma Uzodinma, to help resolve the ongoing dispute.
For several months, Hellen has accused Cubana Chief Priest of fathering her child, yet a DNA test to confirm paternity has not been conducted.
Despite repeated appeals, the businessman has neither acknowledged responsibility nor agreed to take the test.
The situation has left her struggling to raise her son alone in Kenya.
On Mother’s Day, she took to Instagram to express her frustration and the challenges she faces as a single mother.

In her emotional post, she wrote, “Please @he_hopeuzodimma of Imo State, I need your help. Talk to Pascal Okechukwu a.k.a. Cubana Chief Priest to please help his son in Kenya and for the DNA to be done. @he_chiomauzodimma bikonu, the baby is struggling here in Kenya, no food or anything to feed the boy.”
Her message has sparked widespread discussions on social media, with many calling for clarity on the issue.
Some have urged Cubana Chief Priest to take the necessary steps to resolve the matter, while others have questioned why a DNA test has not been conducted despite the serious nature of the claim.
Furthermore, the ongoing saga has drawn reactions from legal and child advocacy groups.
Some have emphasized that every child deserves to know their biological father, and such disputes should be resolved as soon as possible.
The call for DNA testing has grown louder, with many urging both parties to prioritize the child’s well-being above all else.
Despite the controversy, it remains uncertain whether the Imo State governor will respond to Hellen’s request.
The public, however, continues to follow the case closely, hoping for a resolution that will bring clarity to the situation.
