Diddy Lawsuit Alleges Shocking Abuse of Notorious B.I.G. Shirt

A new lawsuit has emerged accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of deeply disturbing sexual misconduct, involving a shirt once owned by the late Notorious B.I.G.

The plaintiff, identified as “John Doe,” claims the alleged incident occurred during a 2020 listening session.

According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, the lawsuit details that Diddy allegedly pressured attendees to take ketamine before moving to a Los Angeles warehouse filled with Biggie’s clothes.

The environment reportedly became chaotic, with people “tripping” and acting erratically.

“He grabbed one of Biggie’s shirts, masturbated in front of the man, and told him to ‘finish’ him off,” the suit reads.

The plaintiff alleges that after masturbating into the shirt, Diddy reached orgasm on it, laughed, then tossed the semen-covered garment onto the man’s lap, reportedly saying, “RIP Biggie.” Allegedly, Diddy then left the room without explanation.

In addition, John Doe accuses Diddy of a separate incident in 2005, in which he says the music mogul forcibly thrust his genitalia into his face and demanded “suck it.”

These charges are included under counts of sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress in the lawsuit.

The shocking claims come on the heels of Diddy’s recent legal troubles.

Over 60 civil suits have been filed, featuring allegations of abuse, trafficking, and misconduct. Some accuse him of drug-fueled “freak-off” parties and coercion.

More than 120 new cases are reportedly under evaluation, alleging incidents dating back to the 1990s and 2000s.

The repeated accusations have taken a severe toll on his reputation and brand empire, leading to the loss of partnerships and public standing.

Representatives for Diddy have not responded publicly to these fresh allegations. However, his legal team previously stated that accusations are aimed at seeking financial gain, promising to defend vigorously in court.
