In a social media trending video, it was seen that the popular singer, Daniel Benson stage named Buju BNXN had an altercation with certain police officers which resulted to a spit on the officer’s face.
In a now deleted tweet, the ‘outside’ crooner wrote that it felt ‘good’ to spit on the officer’s face after the officer slapped and dragged his shirt. “Spat in a police officer’s face and it felt so good. I let you in my car and you dragged and tear my shirt, and start slapping me? (Sic) Nah, everybody must stop!”
In a reaction to this, the Lagos State Police Commnand spokesperson, Ben Hundeyin, has stated that the singer will face sanctions for assaulting a police officer. 
“The police officers will be sanctioned for their misbehaviour if established, while @BNXN will surely answer for his assault on a police officer,” Hundeyin tweeted on Wednesday.
