British-Nigerian boxer Anthony Joshua has reached another incredible milestone.
He has been named one of the UK’s wealthiest athletes, according to the latest Sunday Times Rich List.
The 35-year-old two-time heavyweight world champion has seen his net worth grow by an impressive £57 million over the past year.
His total value now sits at a staggering £232 million, up from £175 million in 2023.
This achievement places him 24th on the list of the richest under-40 individuals in Britain.
This news has been seen as a huge moment for both his career and personal brand.
Despite not entering the ring since his knockout loss to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium last September, Joshua’s earnings have continued to grow.
The planned rematch with Dubois had to be delayed due to what has been described as “minor injuries” suffered by Joshua in their first meeting.
However, the boxer’s income has been boosted significantly by his fight history.

It was reported that Joshua made around £30 million from his second-round knockout of Francis Ngannou.
Even though he lost to Dubois, he reportedly earned a guaranteed £6 million, and due to strong pay-per-view sales, his total earnings rose to roughly £25 million from that fight alone.
In addition to fight purses, the boxing sensation has earned massively through endorsements.
Joshua was said to have made the joint-highest earnings from sponsorships in the sport, sharing the spot with popular American fighter Jake Paul.
Meanwhile, golf star Rory McIlroy topped the Sunday Times Rich List for athletes.
The 36-year-old reportedly holds a net worth of £260 million, up from £225 million in the previous year.
His rise sees him ahead of Tottenham striker Harry Kane, who ranks 38th on the list with £100 million.
In addition, British tennis legend Andy Murray also made the list.
He is placed 35th with a reported £110 million in total wealth.
Joshua’s continued rise in earnings despite a recent loss proves that resilience, branding, and hard work can yield powerful results.
His net worth story has become a major talking point and a source of inspiration.
