Nigerian music legend, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface, has revealed his separation from his wife of 12 years, Annie Macaulay.
Taking to Instagram, the singer announced that they have been separated for a while and recently filed for divorce. The couple shares two children.
In his statement, Tuface expressed his intention to release further details in due time.
“I and Annie Macaulay have been separated for a while now and currently filed divorce… I would grant a press release soon to say my story… not because it is anyone’s right to know about my personal life, but because I love my people and I need them to know my innocence or offense,” he wrote.

Annie is currently in a rehabilitation center for personal struggles, and Toke, who has been supporting Annie, criticized Tuface for making the announcement during such a sensitive period.
