The Leadership of the Actor’s Guild of Nigeria (AGN) has paid a get-well -quick visit to the ailing comic actor John Okafor also known as Mr ibu who is currently recieving treatment for an undisclosed ailment at the zenith medical centre Abuja.
Monalisa Chinda -Coker, Director of communication Actors Guild of Nigeria, shared a video on her Instagram page of John Okafor in a cheerful mood while the actress stood beside him.
According to Monalisa’s caption, ” Mr. Ibu is doing well and responding to treatment at the Zenith medical and kidney centre, Abuja.” She wrote. 
He has been down with an undisclosed ailment which made him take a break from acting. Okafor’s wife has pleaded with Nigerians to pray for her husband, lamenting that her account had been hacked and the hacker has been extorting money from some of their Actor friends and colleagues.
She also said the husband has lost his bank details and anyone who wishes to offer help to ibu should contact her or come to the hospital where he is recieving treatment.
Ibu has had health issues in the past which according to him almost sent him to an early grave.
