Rapper Rick Ross has been released from jail after facing domestic violence charges in Miami Beach.
The Grammy-nominated rapper turned himself in to police on Thursday following an alleged incident at his Star Island home.
Ross, whose real name is William Leonard Roberts II, denied the allegations after posting bond.
“I am totally innocent of these fabricated allegations made against me,” he told reporters outside the jail.
“It’s totally fabricated. What my weekend looks like, I’ll be in Dubai tomorrow, Paris Saturday, and I plan on having a bowl of rigatoni with heavy marinara Sunday.”
Rick Ross domestic violence case stems from an alleged August 28 incident involving his girlfriend.
Police said the woman reported the matter days after the alleged incident, she reportedly provided photographs that detectives reviewed during their investigation.
Authorities also said investigators obtained surveillance footage connected to the reported incident.
Miami Beach Police spokesman Christopher Bess said the evidence helped investigators establish probable cause.
“Not only were our investigators able to obtain a victim statement, but they also collected photographs of the injuries, surveillance video of the alleged incident, and they were able to establish probable cause for this arrest,” Bess said.
“It paints a picture of a very violent attack.”
Ross appeared in bond court through a video link while represented by attorney Bradley Horenstein.
The judge said Ross would be treated fairly despite his celebrity status.

Horenstein later said his client maintains his innocence and urged people to allow the legal process to continue.
“All I can say is that the allegations are false, he’s innocent,” Horenstein said after the hearing.
“Everything is going to come out. We just ask that you allow the process to play out before rushing a judgment because the truth will come out.”
Ross reportedly declined to give police a statement after consulting his lawyer.
Rick Ross domestic violence case remains before the court, and the allegations have not been proven as, his arraignment is scheduled for October 22.
Ross became widely known after his 2005 hit “Hustlin’” and later built a major career in hip-hop.
