Melania Trump Threatens $1 Billion Lawsuit Against Hunter Biden Over Explosive Claim

The First Lady of the United States, Melania Trump, has threatened legal action worth $1 billion against Hunter Biden over allegations she calls “false, defamatory, and lewd.”

The move comes after Biden claimed she met President Donald Trump through convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein a statement her legal team says is completely fabricated.

The controversy began after Biden echoed comments made by Fire and Fury author Michael Wolff during a podcast in late July.

Wolff had alleged that Epstein and Trump were connected through a “model agent” who introduced Melania to Trump.

The Daily Beast later published the claim but issued an apology after retracting the report.

However, Hunter Biden repeated the allegation during an August 5 appearance on Channel 5 with Andrew Callaghan, stating:

“According to his biographer, Jeffrey Epstein introduced Melania, that’s how Melania…the first lady and the president, met.”

Melania Trump’s attorney, Alejandro Brito, responded sharply in a letter dated August 6 to Biden and his lawyer Abbe Lowell.

“Given your vast history of trading on the names of others… it is obvious that you published these false and defamatory statements about Mrs. Trump to draw attention to yourself,” Brito wrote.

The letter gave Biden a one-day deadline until August 7 to issue a full retraction and public apology.

It also warned that failure to comply would lead to a lawsuit seeking over $1 billion in damages.

Brito stressed that the statements were not only damaging but also widely disseminated.

“These false, disparaging, defamatory, and inflammatory statements are extremely salacious… disseminated to tens of millions of people worldwide,” he said.

According to the First Lady’s legal team, the claims have caused “overwhelming financial and reputational harm.”

As of Wednesday night, the controversial interview remained live on YouTube.

Her East Wing spokesperson, Nick Clemens, confirmed that the legal team is working to ensure “immediate retractions and apologies by those who spread malicious, defamatory falsehoods.”

He also pointed readers to the official account of her meeting with Donald Trump, as detailed in her bestselling book Melania.
