As part of the ongoing efforts to restructure and boost the security in the country, the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, has redeployed the Commissioner of Police, Rivers command, Tunji Disu to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja.
The IGP also redeployed the Delta State Commissioner of Police, Olufemi Abaniwonda to the State, while CP Peter Opara prepares to leave the FCT to replace Olatunji Disu in Rivers.
The signal for the redeployment and restructuring has been approved by the IGP on Tuesday.
