A twin explosion rocked at rally of the All Progressives Congress , Rumuwoji Playground in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State.

According to reports, no fewer than three persons were injured and have now been rushed to the hospital.
Two of those injured are women, all of whom were rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
