Lagos was on standstill as Perfection Real Estate Group launched the much anticipated Own-To-Rent Service Apartments in Grand style.
The event which took place on the 14th of December 2023, had the presence of the Olosoroko of Osoroko Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Olusegun Ebenezer Oyiri in attendance.
The event was held at Phase 1, Osoroko, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. 
Priscimedia had a chat with PREG’s Director for Business Relations, Mrs Tinu Layeni.
According to her, “The purpose for this event was to create awareness on the opening of a one bedroom serviced apartment with the expectation of appreciation from people based on the effort on ground and also to be a part in their work.”
She further stated that the event was to empower people to work in hospitality and to key into it. Adding also that a fractional unit is out as at now with low price and anyoone can own a whole apartment to earn monthly rental income from it.
Priscimedia spoke with the President/CEO of Perfection Real Estate, Dr Niyi Adeleye who stated categorically that the event was to empower people into Real Estate and also encourage participation for home ownership and Investment in Real Estate Group.
Speaking extensively on investing in the Estate Group, Dr. Adeleye added that one can either invest, own or rent out the current apartment on ground and earn rental income as the first 12 apartments are ready for rental inflow from June 2024.
The Patron, His Royal Majesty, Olosoroko of Osoroko Kingdom, Oba Olusegun Ebenezer Oyiri, gave appraisal on the recent effort Of Perfection Estate Group with his heart filled with joy as his name was used in the opening of the first avenue.
He stated that the Perfection Real Estate Group is known to be a trustworthy group and a fantastic one with no troubles, granting an opportunity for any investor to invest in real estate as it is open.
He thanked the management for gifting him with a room and parlour fully furnished serviced apartment.
