A fresh wave of controversy has emerged around Nigerian content creator Peller, as a new lawsuit threatens to escalate his ongoing legal troubles.

The Peller ₦400 million lawsuit stems from an incident involving a former team member who worked as a bouncer during the tour. According to Peller, the individual sustained injuries after falling from a moving vehicle. However, the aftermath has now taken a legal turn.

Reports indicate that the incident occurred during Peller’s state tour in March. The injured bouncer was said to have been rushed to the hospital immediately after the fall. Moreover, medical treatment was provided without delay, and all expenses were reportedly covered by the content creator.

Despite these efforts, the situation has escalated. The former team member is now demanding ₦400 million in damages.

Speaking on the matter, Peller expressed his concerns about the growing number of legal challenges surrounding him. He said, “Everybody is suing me, I’m tired. My bouncer from my last state tour is suing me after he fell from a car during the tour. He was rushed to the hospital immediately and I paid all his bills, but now he’s demanding N400 million in damages. E wan use me escape poverty…”

Meanwhile, this lawsuit is not an isolated case. It comes shortly after another legal issue involving a woman linked to a previous confrontation at a restaurant earlier this year.

Furthermore, the situation highlights the risks that can arise during large tours and public engagements.
