While jubilation and congratulatory messages throng in for incumbent Gov. Godwin Obaseki of PDP who was declared winner of the just concluded Edo State Governorship election, it was a confirmation of the prophecy delivered on the 5th of July, 2020 at Apo Mechanic Village in Abuja by Prophet I. O Samuel of Shiloh Word Chapel.
According to the Prophet of God while delivering the message, he said ” your Governor will dance a dance of Joy, because i am seeing the ruling party changing the figures but it will not stand, thus sayeth the Lord of host”.
The said prophecy was revealed after the Governor decamped to PDP and when lot of people had written the Governor off, Prophet Samuel stood his ground and emphasized that God does not lie. He later met with Obaseki and Ize-Iyamu and implored them to embrace peace. 
Prophet I O Samuel is known for his accuracy when it comes to prophecies that do come to pass. During his Newyear revelations he did warn Nigerians about Covid-19 Pandemic and the wearing of face mask, he also made mention of Christians persecution and the controversial CAMA law which is presently tearing the country apart.
