Chairman of the Northern Elders’ Forum Prof. Ango Abdullahi, has lost his eldest son, Isah Ango Abdullahi.
A family source confirmed that Isah died in Abuja on Thursday after a brief illness.The source said his remains would be brought to Zaria for funeral prayers and burial in accordance with Islamic rites.
Funeral prayers are expected to be held today at the Haruna Danja Juma’at Mosque at about 1.30 pm.The deceased is survived by a wife and children.
