The chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, has postponed election in 141 units to Sunday.
This was announced at the second leg of situation report on Saturday by INEC Chairman, Mahmood Yakubu,
Yakubu noted that more Bimodal Voter Authentication Systems (BVAS) were carted away by thugs.
He further added that elections in some local government areas in Edo State have been postponed to March 11.
