The 1000-lb Sisters family has been hit by tragedy as Katie Slaton, cousin of reality TV stars Tammy and Amy Slaton, has sadly passed away.
The heartbreaking news was confirmed by Amanda Halterman, another cousin and social media personality, who took to Instagram to announce Katie’s death.
In her emotional tribute, Amanda described Katie as “a force to be reckoned with” and praised her for her warmth and vibrant spirit. She wrote:
“My little cousin went to sit at the feet of Jesus yesterday. She was a force to be reckoned with and showed love that was accepting and given freely. She was the life of the party and my best friend.”
