Ms. Confidence, identified as a sex worker was murdered in cold-blood as she was discovered stabbed and strangled to death inside her room in a popular hotel in Ughelli, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.
The incident occurred last Thursday which brought up commotion in the area leaving the colleague of late Ms. Confidence running in a panic state. The murder happened after she failed to show up to join her colleagues , looking for ‘customers ’ as they didn’t see her only for them to open the door finding her dead in the room according to a source.Although ,the assassin is yet to be identified.
The confirmation was however made by the Police Public Relations Officer for Delta State Command, DSP Bright Edafe, saying, “she was stabbed in the stomach and strangled.” 
While noting that no arrest had so far been made in the matter, the PPRO affirmed that the police had commenced an investigation into the incident.
