A 15-year-old boy has been arrested under the custody of Los Angeles police who has been accused of stealing two French bulldogs at gunpoint earlier this month.
Two people were walking their pets, named Blue Sky and Rhino, on the 6th Street bridge in the Boyle Heights neighborhood around 12:30 a.m. Nov. 12 when they were accosted by a gun-toting suspect, the LAPD said.
The dognapper had pointed his pistol at the victims, grabbed the bulldogs and fled in a car.On the 16th of November 2022,the Investigators caught up with the 15-year-old suspect Nov. 16, but the stolen dogs, 4-year-old Rhino and 2-year-old Blue Sky, is yet to be located.
The teen has been charged with two counts of armed robbery. He has not been identified because he is a minor.However,the owner of one of the missing pooches stated that the police suspect the dogs are somewhere in the South LA neighborhood where the 15-year-old suspect lives, and that he may have stashed the pups at a friend’s home.
